The Centre de Vacances de Tariche guarantees the the provided accomodations to be in good working order matching their description, and further undertakes to provide facilities that comply with defined quality standards.

a. The personal data collected at the time of booking is used solely for the purpose of
managing the booking and will not under any circumstances be passed on to third parties, except where
required by law.
b. This data is protected by encryption techniques that comply with current
security standards. Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete
their data.

a. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
b. Prices shown include all taxes (VAT included) but exclude tourist taxes, which remain
payable by the customer.
c. In the event of early departure or late arrival, no refund will be given, except
in cases of force majeure duly justified and accepted by Le Centre de Vacances de Tariche.

a. For chalets and hotel rooms, accommodation is available from 3:00 pm on
the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. For
camping pitches, check-in is possible between 2.00 pm and 6.00 pm, and check-out must
take place before 11.30 am, with the pitch being vacated by noon at the latest.
b. In the event of non-arrival without prior warning before 6.00 pm,
Tariche Holiday Centre reserves the right to re-let the accommodation or pitch.
c. The customer is responsible for leaving the premises in an acceptable state of cleanliness on departure. A
cleaning fee may be charged in the event of non-compliance.
d. If, due to an error on the part of Le Centre de Vacances de Tariche, the accommodation booked is
not available, Le Centre de Vacances de Tariche undertakes to provide accommodation of an equivalent category
until the original accommodation is available.
e. Pets are accepted on the site for a surcharge. The owner is responsible for any damage or nuisance caused by their pet.

a. Tariche Holiday Centre accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or
damage to guests’ personal property during their stay.
b. Guests are responsible for any damage to facilities or equipment and
must reimburse the cost of repair or replacement.

Center de Vacances de Tariche accepts no responsibility for accidents occurring on
the site. Customers are responsible for taking out their own insurance to cover any personal injury or
other incidents that may occur during their stay.

Accommodation prices are available on the online booking system and may vary according depending on the season and duration of the stay. Once the reservation has been confirmed, the prices are final.

a. Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: no cancellation fee will be charged.
b. Cancellation between 30 and 8 days prior to arrival: the 50% deposit will be retained by Le
Centre de Vacances de Tariche.
c. Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival:
– 75% of the total amount for camping pitches and dormitory beds will be charged.
– 100% of the total amount for hotel and chalet accommodation will be charged.
d. All requests for cancellation or modification must be made in writing (by e-mail).
e. Le Center de Vacances de Tariche reserves the right to cancel a stay due to
technical reasons, weather conditions (storms, bad weather) or any other cause
endangering the safety of customers, without an obligation to provide refunds.
f. Le Center de Vacances de Tariche also reserves the right to cancel any reservation
up to 30 days before the arrival date for any reason.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, a pandemic or any other exceptional situation requiring the temporary closure of the site, Le Centre de Vacances de Tariche reserves the right to cancel or postpone bookings. In such cases, customers will be
informed as soon as possible and will be able to choose between a postponement, a credit note or a full refund. No additional compensation will be granted.

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment deadlines are those specified at the time of booking.
In the event of refusal of payment or non-receipt of the amount due, Le Centre de Vacances de Tariche reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Collection fees will be charged in the event of late payment.

Guests must respect the internal rules of Le Centre de Vacances de Tariche, including the use of facilities (kitchen and common areas) and the hours of silence (10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.). Use of the Wi-Fi network provided by Le Centre de Vacances de Tariche is strictly reserved for legal use in compliance with current regulations. Any consultation or downloading of illicit content, as well as any activity contrary to Swiss law, is strictly forbidden and may result in sanctions, including immediate expulsion from the site without reimbursement. Inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with internal rules may also result in expulsion.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Porrentruy.

By accepting these conditions, customers authorize Le Centre de Vacances de Tariche to use photos and videos taken on the site, on which they may appear, for promotional purposes, without compensation. Customers who do not wish to appear must inform Le Centre de Vacances de Tariche in writing before their arrival.

By confirming their booking, customers acknowledge that they have read and acknowledged these terms and conditions and accept them without reservations. They also understand that their stay takes place in the middle of nature, which implies certain unforeseen circumstances such as variable weather conditions, increased humidity, as well as the constant presence of insects and animals. These factors do not provide cause for a cancellation or refund.
